Just delivered final mixes for the one-hour 2021 Sammies Award show which airs Nov 1, 2021 at 8pm on Bloomberg Television. There will also be a live award ceremony in Washington, DC. The Sammies, aka the Service to America Medals, are commonly known in Washington circles as the 'Oscars' for government workers. Awards are given out to honor members of the federal government workforce, highlighting the work of employees making significant contributions to the governance of the United States.

The awards have been presented annually since 2002 by the nonprofit, nonpartisan Partnership for Public Service to celebrate excellence in the U.S. federal civil service, and are named for Samuel J. Heyman, the organization's founder. To date, over 120 individuals and teams have been recognized.
