I'm excited to have been hired to do the post audio mixes for the 2020 Samuel J. Heyman Service to America Medals awards show, otherwise known as the "Sammies". The Sammies are considered to be the Oscars of American government service, and they  honor members of the federal government workforce. The Sammies highlight the work of employees making significant contributions to the governance of the United States. 

This years awards ceremony is, naturally, presented as a virtual taped event with celebrity hosts presenting awards to the best of the best. Hosts include Kumail Nanjiani, Samantha Bee, Kristin Bell, Mayim Bialik, Adam Conover, Nick Kroll and Aisha Tyler. Also on hand to offer thanks and congrats are Matthew McConaghey, Bryan Cranston, Sharon Stone, Eugene Levy, Barack Obama, George W. Bush, Bono, and more. 

The 1-hour awards show will be broadcast on Bloomberg TV, YouTube, and on the official Sammies website, https://servicetoamericamedals.org/
